    Help!

    Hey people!
Just wanted some opinions. I've been working out for a while now, maybe a year or two, and I am increasing my weights regularly. I feel though that I am bulked enough you know? At this point I want my muscles to show more, or stand out more.

Like for example, my triceps. If I were to flex them, you would see a line and all, and it would be pretty "bulky" as in my whole arm. But how can I get the muscle to REALLY show and less bulkiness you know?

I basically have the bulk but I want to "carve" it into some good looking cut muscle! What do I need to do? Up to now, I would generally do sets of 3 and reps of 8 for most of my exercises.

So any advice on what I need to change?

    Thanks a lot people!

Most of this is going to be about losing fat, so you probably need to change your diet and do more cardio to put things simply. What type of things are you eating right now, and how much cardio are you doing on a weekly basis? Again, the biggest thing here is diet, check out some of the stickies in the diet section of the forum, namely Jodi's Guide to Cutting and Bulking.
