This is old news!

There has been several threads rehashing the same old photos.

So what!

People get old.

Serge got old too:

Homer: Hey! I saved your life! That egg sandwich could have killed you by cholesterol.
Lenny: Pfft, forget it, Homer. While it has been established that eggs contain cholesterol, it has not yet been proven conclusively that they actually raise the level of serum cholesterol in the human
blood stream.

T3 is all computer generated graphics. So they probably touched him up just a little bit.

T3 came out like 2 years ago but filming finished quite a while before that, 3 years of not working out would do that to you. Hes old, give him a break.

who would argue that?

that does not mean you have to look the way Arnold does in that pic, there are plenty of people in their 50's and even 60's that are still lean and muscular, Stallone is a good example.

Ya for sure, there are quite a few people whom keep lean muscular bodyies when they get older, i have a feeling that arnold heart surgery helped with his newer physique tho

I like this pic. It is the reverse of the classic 'before and after' sequence, which is supposed to make you feel jealous, inadequate, and make you buy the latest product. This sequence does the opposite. It shows that people like Arnold are human and that the awesome physique attained by them is one that is acquired through hard work and dedication. It doesn't just happen to a chosen few. When they choose to stop training/dieting for some length of time the physique changes, understandibly. Whilst we should all strive to attain a good physique throughout our entire lives, there may still be times when you decide, or are forced, to have lengthy layoffs.

What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)

good post, you are bang on, Arnold is only human too, if he stops training he becomes fat just like everyone else, for me it backs up how hard these guys had to work to get the bodies that they got, to see how Arnie looked in all his films, then see what happens when he takes a little break from things, all i can say is wow! i just have even more respect for him, he ain't a superhuman freak, hes just another one of us at the end of the day, still gotta admire the guy for what hes done to BBing, the fitness industry and for his awesome films if nothing else - personally i doubt i would have ever started lifting if not for Schwarzenegger, i have major respect for him
