Well how much can you do for a rep with no lifting gear at all including no straps, just you and the bar.

does it matter?

I don't know, maybe i miss the point of these threads but I don't see what anyone benefits from knowing what others deadlift.

You just like starting crap don't you Uzi?

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

Well, it's too bad he doesn't realize that if he'd just look around in other threads, a lot of people have their stats in their signatures - either out in the open, or in journals to which there are links in their profiles.

Dude, we should like start a Stats forum, and have everyone post their lifts. People can post threads like; How Much Can You Hang Clean for 4x?!? etc.

I think it is a good question. Some people like me are fairly new to lifting and I get excited when my lifts increase, and I like to tell people about it.

I don't know my 1 rep DL, but I did 245lbs for 5 on the 4th set. Thats a huge jump from where I was 3 months ago

People ask fellow trainers how much they can squat, bench etc all the time, its not a stupid thread your just nit picking twats that have something negative to say about most things, but no way would you talk to people face to face like you write to people on here.

I am just now waiting for some wise crack comment that trys to either "out do some one" or put "some one else down" very childish...

But I will just about it, hope you have fun
