How many excersizes/reps do you do a day?

I seem to do on average about 9 different weight lifting excersizes at 3 sets a peice. The only problem is that after and hour and 10 minutes I feel exausted and Im waisting my time lifting anymore.

So is 27 sets too much? Or am I just a wimp?

Sorry, I dont know the names of all the machines but I hope you get the picture....

Day 1 - Chest, Tris, Bis

Flat Bench, Incline Bench, Peck Deck Machine, Dip, Pullover. Ill do 2 excersizes for my bis and 2 for my tries.

Day 2 - Back and Shoulders

Dead Lift, Wide Grip Lat Pulldown, Back Extension, different kind of pull down machine, chest bump machine (where you sit down and pull a weight to your chest). Shoulder shrug, lift barbell up to chin while standing, reverse peck deck, lift weight in front of face while standing, dumbell fly.

Day 3 - Legs and Abs

Squat, Leg Flex, Leg Extension, Calf Raise, Hack Squat, Ab Machine, Torso Machine, Cardio.

Day 3 isnt bad because im usually out of the gym in under an hour.

    Anyway...

Im 190lbs and 6'2. Im trying to put on more weight but Ive been stuck at my current weight for a few weeks.

I eat nothing but Tuna, Bananas, Mini Wheats, Oats, Peanutbutter, Mac and Cheese, Spagetti, Apples, Protein shakes and thats it. Thats literally all I eat.

    Whats my problem?

    1-Flat Bench
    2- Incline Bench
    3- Peck Deck Machine
    4- Dip
    5- Pullover

That's alot if you include bi's and tri's.
Cut the chest execise from 5 to 3 if your including Bi's and tri's.

I try to only do about 12 sets per bodypart. So if I were doing chest, shoulders, and tris I would also be doing over 30 sets in a workout. You did say that that you only do only 2 sets on bi's and 2 on tri's then you are doing 23 sets on chest and IMO that is way way to many. That is literally 1 set shy of what I do on two chest workouts. I think that you will see far greater results from a hardcore 12-15 sets and then let your body rest.

I think a routine shoudn't have more than 24 total sets.

Never heard of that kind of diet. Sounds really limited. Ever heard of Chicken? Fish? Egg whites? Wheat bread? Vegetables?
