    Biceps uneven and benching problem.

Well my right bicep is bigger then my left so I need to know what I can do for that and I think im stuck weight for benching at like 85 or something like that. Here is my workout for my triceps.

    3 sets flat seated bench
    55lbs - 6 reps
    75 lbs - 6 reps
    85 lbs - 6 reps

3 sets, 10 reps pushups with 10 lbs on my back

Actually I just posted about the benching problem in that other thread in which you touched base with it. With your biceps, make sure you train them exactly the same. If one also happens to be weaker, do the reps with that one first with DBs, then that way when you do the same thing with the other arm, you can be sure they're both being trained the same (if you train the stronger one first you may not be able to complete the same thing with the weaker one). Good luck and don't get discouraged.

How do you get the 10 pound weight on your back that sounds like it could get awkward unless you had someone helping you. Do you use dumbells for bicep curls? Your only 14 your body will fill out and even out as you get older trust me.

Almost everyone has one side of thier body that is a little bit bigger that the other. My whole left side of my body is a little bigger than the right and I know plenty of people who can say the same for one side of thier body. It isn nothing that is noticable, but if you look closely at the other parts of your body on the same side as your smaller bi then I bet they are also going to be a little smaller. This ofcourse is something I've just thought of in the past. I'm not saying it is fact but I bet if you ask some of your friends to look at themselves that they will notice this as well.

Actually my right arm is a little bigger than my left. If you don't pay any attention to it, no one else really will. Like it was said above, it'll most likely even out as you get older if you train them both the same.
