I heard someone talking about a workout that you do all day in the gym for your arms. It's spose to add 1 inch to your arms in a week after they have rcovered. Anyone heard of this?

It was an M&F article...In the the following month's edition, a reader wrote in to say that he followed all instructions but didnt acheive the promised results. His letter was published and the editor's answer was that if it didnt work, it wouldnt be printed in their mag and he must not have followed it to a "T"!!lololol
