    the mythical V

    ok everyone should know what im talking about, if not you will once i explain it. how do u get the "V"? u know what im talking about, the V on the hips. how do u get it?? is it some kind of lower abdominal workout???

    lol i dont want mine, you can take it....... but in other news, you get cut and muscle show, when you clean up your diet and get to a low bodyfat..... someone sticky something about this already! lol

    Someone told me that V that you are talking about is ligament and not muscle.

    The V-comes from nicely, but not overly developed, obliques, and a body fat % under 8% or so.

    I don't think you need a body fat % of less than 8.. I actually still have mine and am probably double that 8%..

    To get tha V you have to do wide chins and wide pull downs with heavy weight and train your abs with light weights

    too much effort for all these intellectuals to read a thread, gotta post really fast and get your post numbers up!

    annnyywayyy..... diet is the first thing man like said before and ill say it again. get your bodyfat down by cutting, and do crunches, dont train the obliques lol. they will get there on their own and if you train them too much and they get too big it will look nasty IMO. when you crunch, try to focus on using your lower abdomen, sounds kinda odd but you can do it, this means crunches with your back straight and coming off the ground. worked well for me
