    Maximum Cardio???

I'm trying to get maximum muscle growth with as little fat added to me as possible. So in doing this i am running (20-45 minutes) everyday i work out. Now i know that this is hurting my bodies ability to recover so i was wondering how much cardio i should do, while maximizing my muscle growth and decreasing my body fat? Or should i just drop the cardio altogether the day i work out?

well you can keep cardio in your routine, but i would not do it more than 3 days a week. if i was trying to put on maximum muscle...do you run right before or right after your workout?...if you do your cardio before you wont be able to lift as heavy which would minimize your muscle gains and if you do it after i believe that it will also limit you, because of the fact that you need to replenish your body with a post workout meal...somebody correct me if im wrong. but thats how id do it... i actually am doing practically the same thing as you right now...just finished my bulking. and now trimming off fat...make sure your diet is on key for what you are going for..good luck.
