Would it be more benefical to do squats later in the week after the upper body was finished? Does doing a movement as large as squats release a larger amount of natural growth hormones? I was thinking that maybe after doing back chest and arms finishing out the week with squats would be a real good idea. I am probably just imagining things because I dont exactly have a degree in Kinesiology but I some of you probably do. I would actually prefer to do squats on the first day of the week but if there would be any benefit of doing them at the end I would switch.
