End of week squats
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Would it be more benefical to do squats later in the week after the upper body was finished? Does doing a movement as large as squats release a larger amount of natural growth hormones? I was thinking that maybe after doing back chest and arms finishing out the week with squats would be a real good idea. I am probably just imagining things because I dont exactly have a degree in Kinesiology but I some of you probably do. I would actually prefer to do squats on the first day of the week but if there would be any benefit of doing them at the end I would switch.
