    yeah just though let my routine be posted

    Moday chest

    Bench press 3x6-8
    incline bench press 3x8-10
    decline bench press 3x8-10

    Tuesday Back

    i aint here to speak proper english lol, think what ya all want about my routine dudes, glad you know something better then me, hope you become stars! but like i said in another post i made if arnold was here at 20 and posted his routine and what he know on all this anatomy and steriods you guys would all flame him lol "you guys would all flame armold (the best eva)" lol, anyhow dont really care what you think of how i train it works even when i was natural, i tried low sets and HIT that dorian yates did for months and didnt get on with it at all..

    anyhow daabaa daabaa boogie woogie <----- put that in tha english language

    nah didnt photoshop it mate traps are easy to flare out like that if ya push ya shoulders forwards and down at the same time and tense, took it down cos you all seem to think its not me, lots of guys look similar to me where i train, it not a big deal you know.

    I find it hard to believe that is you in the pics based off of your posts, you do not seem to know much in regards to bodybuilding, but maybe you just have great genetics and that combined with steroids it does not really matter how wrong you train you're still big.
