I do all my bicep exercises sitting down to help isolate. Do you own a barbell?
Hi guys,
When I train my biceps I only do 10 sets of dumbell curls(inclusive of one warm-up set). My question is this:
Is it OK do do only this one exercise (I don't get bored!), or should I be trying preacher curls, concentration curls etc., too?
I know that the bicep is a relatively small muscle and gets worked during various compound exercises, so I figure that this method is OK. I've been getting results using this method, so it works, but I'm also wondering whether I could get *more* growth by incorporating different exercises.
Thanks!

Never leave sight of your goal without doing something to attain it
I use the gym in my condo, so i have access to a barbell, yes. Do you suggest using it to balance the lift better? (Like you, I sit down too as I find it helps isolate the bicep. I found that preacher curls and concentration curls didn't appear to create the same intensity of muscle contraction as basic curls...)
