free weight squats are basically a "full body" exercise, and the most difficult of all exercises, this is why it is a treated differently.
why is it that people do heavy, high reps for squats, ie, the 20 rep squats, but do not do this for any other body part or exercise?? Why is this particular exercise treated differently than all other exercises??

also leg muscles are known for very high endurance.
who knew we can run marathons and not upside down walk them lol??
and the effect that high rep squats have on the CNS, heart, and overall conditioning BECAUSE they are an all body exercise.
Pick a weight you could normally do 15 to failure with and make yourself do 20. Do 2 sets of that and then ask if you've had a workout. Now do the same with dumbell curls and ask the same question.
What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)
