    My Routine...

    SUNDAY= Chest
    Decline Barbell Press 6/6/6
    DB Bench Press 12/10/8
    Incline Barbell Press 6/6/6
    Cable Crossovers 12/10/8
    Machine Flies 1*20

    Monday= ABs, Calves
    Leg Lifts 20x2
    Weighted Crunches 20x2
    DB side Bend 20x2
    Bycycle Kicks 20x2
    Calf Ext 15x3
    Standing Calf Raise 15x3

    Tuesday=Back/Traps
    Lat Pulldowns 12x10x8
    DB Shrugs 10x3
    Low Row 6/6/6
    High Row 12/10/8
    Seated Row 6/6/6

    Wednesday= Shoulders
    Upright Row 10x3
    Lat raise 10x3
    Behind Neck Press 10x3
    Military Press 10x3

    Thursday=Quads/Hamstrings/Tris
    Lying Leg Curs 15x3
    Leg Ext 15x3
    Hack Squats 6x3
    Leg Press 10x3
    Skull Crushers 12/10/8
    Kick Backs 12/10/8
    Close Grip Bench 6x3


    Friday=Biceps
    EZ Preacher Curl 6x3
    DB preacher curl 12x3
    Hammer Curls 10x3
    Concentration Curls 6x3

    Saturday=REST

    I have some light vs. heavy days flip my reps and orders around every other week. What do you guys think?

    The only thing about puttin tris on friday is that chest comes sunday and i like my tris to have a few days of rest in them before i bench.
