negatives for strength
any of you guys do negatives to gain strength. I was talking to this old
dude at the gym he was telling me that he does a them once a week fullbody routine to gain strength and it works great. never really read too much on this |

I usually do negatives at the end of each set when I am working with dumbells. Mostly on the "presses" bench, military etc... I have also heard from a few different people that make it a full workout I have never actually tried making it a full workout myself.
