It's very important, but most will go around 12 weeks and then take a week off.
I was reading some of the older threads a little bit today and noticed a few people talking about how they will do 4 weeks of working out then take one off so on so forth..I was just wondering is this essential for muscle growth or just how important is a week off?? I workout Monday - Thursday and every 2nd Friday then have the weekends off...is this a long enough break?..I also have refrained from having 1 week of light weights as I am trying to build mass and not cut anymore ( good idea?? or bad??)
