As for equipment for abs goes has anyone tried the ab lounge? good or bad?

Would it also be efficient for good cardio instead of a bike or tred mill??

yea i was just curious if anyone had success on it , i just seen it in the penny saver so i was thinkin what they hell.

I do situps and crunches , sit ups hurt my back

sit up are useless. you shouldn't be doing them anyway.
