are u training for asthetics or sports or for plain old fun?
I train at school monday-friday. We alternate days from legs to chest with the main lifts squat + benchpress with other varying lifts. But school is out in 4 weeks. I recently fixed my squat technique and my squat has gone up 50 lbs in 2-3 weeks ( even though it still needs more tweaking ). And also my bench has gone up 10-20 lbs. I was wondering what kind of techniques I should use + lifts. Also should I be cutting right now 6'2 220-230 ( am 20-30 lbs overweight ). Or should I bulk the next 3-4 weeks since I have to workout anyway then cut during the summer?
