    A good back routine?

My whole routine is solid minus my back routine... can you guys tell me a good routine or point me to that one website (with all the workouts for muscle groups). Thanks!
I don't train hard, eat right, and do the things I do for others. I do it for myself.

....did I mention the ladies too???

My routine looks something like this:
    3x Cable Pulldown
    3x Seated Cable Row
3x standing dumbell row (which I cannot feel at all)
I don't train hard, eat right, and do the things I do for others. I do it for myself.

You could alternate a wide grip pull up with your Cable pulldowns. Do you work your Traps with your shoulders?
