i am wanting to tone my arms/shoulders/chest. Whats the best way to do this with weights. Not really
interested in building muscle etc, just want to loose the excess fat and slightly muscle up.
Also what the more effectively way to exercise ur stomach, loose the fat.
A step by step would be grateful for a newbie

resistance training will burn intramuscular fat. this is fat stored in muscle tissue. subcutaneous fat (the fat under your skin and over your abs, etc) is burned through a healthy, clean low calorie diet
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
