    Workout Schedule

Sorry for posting again but ive tried to put in all these excercises into my routine and try to work biceps, triceps, forearms, abs, and neck at least 2x a week.

Those are all the excercises I want to get in every week.

    2x a week -Biceps
    2x a week -Triceps
    2x a week -Forearms
    2x a week-Neck
    2x a week-Abs
    -Back
    -Legs
    -Shoulders

Is there anyway to do this?? I have been switching things for about a half hour trying to figure out how to do this; if anyone could help it would be great and sorry for posting something like this again lol.

You don't need to work biceps triceps forearms or neck more than once a week. Unless you're doing full body routines. Those are small muscle groups. You also forgot about your chest.
