Sorry for posting again but ive tried to put in all these excercises into my routine and try to work biceps, triceps, forearms, abs, and neck at least 2x a week.
Those are all the excercises I want to get in every week.
2x a week -Biceps
2x a week -Triceps
2x a week -Forearms
2x a week-Neck
2x a week-Abs
-Back
-Legs
-Shoulders
Is there anyway to do this?? I have been switching things for about a half hour trying to figure out how to do this; if anyone could help it would be great and sorry for posting something like this again lol.


You don't need to work biceps triceps forearms or neck more than once a week. Unless you're doing full body routines. Those are small muscle groups. You also forgot about your chest.Originally Posted by Fashong
