It didn't seem to do anything special for me in terms of size or strength. Size seems to come if I do two things, eat a shitload of food and lift heavy ass weights. It wasn't a bad program, just not noticeably better than other protocols that I have tried. However, the full body workouts are great.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
I loved it, I did it last winter ending in Dec. Gained a couple of pounds throughout whole cycle. In the begining the highrep was a lot of work, really got my endurance up. When i got into the lower reps I hit my personal best on deadlift and bench.
