if you could only do 2 ab excersizes, one on monday and one on friday, what would they be?

I say either decline situps with weight or straight leg raises either hanging from a bar or up-position on rings. That is if you have the equipment.

If you just have a floor and your body, I would say V-ups or Situps.

    Just my opinion.

If I had to do an isolation ab exercise, I would choose the prone bridge.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

basically if u think of leg raises but instead of just from the waist down its using the whole body from the shoulders down. the shoulders ( and head) are the only body parts on the floor. the rest of the body is kept rigid and like leg raises u bring the body to about 60 degrees and then down but not touching the floor. i have tried to find some pics of this without much success. i think the excercise was demonstrated in one of the rocky movies. basically u need to hold onto something with ur arms above ur head.

u see wat i am trying to describe?

He did them in Rocky 4 while in Russia, I thought that is what you were talking about. Those are pretty hard. most don't have that level of total body strength, though. It takes a ton.
