I try and run every day, but recently I'v been gettting cramps in my side. I never got them this bad before, and there so panful when I get them that I have to compleatly stop running. Is there anything I can do to prevent them?

Aren't cramps supposed to be a sign of a vitamin or mineral deficiency? Iron maybe?
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
to improve their lives.
So your saying I should be getting more iron? What foods containe a lot of that? Isn't there an excercise that I could do that would prevent this?

I'm not sure if a lack of iron is the root of your problem. Ask a doctor, I'm just some online schmuck.

make sure you drink plenty of fluids and get adequate amounts of sodium, magnesium, calcium and potassium, you can try an electrolyte drink as well for the extra minerals.
