I've been using Max-OT for a couple years now and have been really happy with the results. It is what I recommend for everyone who asks me training advice, especially beginners who are otherwise clueless. I'm curious who else here has been training with Max-OT and what kind of results you've seen. I'd also like to know if this program is effective for women as well. Most girls I talk to simply want to get "toned" and freak out about this program because they fear they will get too big. I know that women cannot easily gain mass, and I explain to them that this will build the muscle that is the base for what is considered "tone", and the rest is just losing fat from an enhanced metabolism triggered by muscle gains, cardio, and diet. Anyone out there have personal experience with this? Any women find themselves getting "too big"?
