I fractured a bone in my left wrist playing soccer 2 Saturdays ago and I have to wear a cast for ages. Is there any bicep training I could do that wouldn't injure my left wrist more?

I punched my fridge a few days before Christmas and it swelled up into a purple balloon. The XRays came back negative but the damn thing still hurts today. I cant even do push ups because it hurts so bad when I bend it.
Id say stay off it as long as you can until it fully heals. Working out on a messed up wrist (especially if its broken) slows the healing process alot.
It hasn't really been hurting, but we had to see the docter today coz he needed to check if cast was on ok, and he said the bone where the fracture is (starts with s) needs to be fully heeled so I won't do anything.
Don't mess with it. Be patient and let it heal. I shattered my wrist (both the Radius and Ulna) in a accident 25 months ago. I tried to be manly and bear the pain trying to resume some of my activities too soon. The out-come was that the break collapsed. They had to go back in and fuse my wrist with a Titanium plate.
A buddy of mine fractured his Scaphoid two years ago. He's a DH mtn. bike racer, he never stopped ridding and the joint never properly healed. Now because the blood flow in the bone did not resume the bone may be "dead", he's booked for surgery in the fall where they may have to fuse his Scaphoid.
In short don't mess with it, you'll only delay your recovery. Till then work on some other muscle group or your cardio...
Dont do it! Forget lifting for a copule of weeks. You DO NOT want to further injure your self trust me I have had to deal with a broken ankle and a seperated shoulder in the past year. I would do leg work though. Its hard but be patient.
