Hi
I have been doing alot of CV. I posted my CV routine up and I was told that I was burning more muscle than fat.
Due to this, I have decided to re-do my training program. I am going to start a journal that I will update every day. I will also post some pics.
Here's my question(s).
I really want to put muscle on, but have a biggish belly. Should I do lots of CV and burn the fat off or just get straight in to weight training?. I have built my chest up a little bit (one pec fills my whole handand the g/f loves it
).
My stats are
AGE: 25
5ft 11"
Weight: 173lbs
I am thinking about buying MAXIMUSCLE PROGAIN and CYCLONE BARS. Are they good products?. What is the best flavour PROGAIN?.
I am also going to train every other day for 12 weeks and then have a weeks break. Ie, mon, wed, fri, sun, tues, thurs, sat etc... Is this a good?. In between days I might do a little CV to try and remove FAT.
My training will be (I will go in to detail on my journal)
Day 1: Chest / Tricepts
Day2: Shoulders / Back (upper and lower) / Abs
Day 3: Legs / bicepts / forarms
