    which machine for cardio people

    kind of on a budget but what do you think, get a still bike , tredmill (expensive) or some kind of elliptical machine?

    I have all 3, but if I had to choose just one it would be the Elyptical hands down.

    they used to sell them at Sears (the may still) I looked at it and it looked like a cheap piece of crap to me.

    Little Tony's machine IS a piece of crap if you ask me. Had a friend who had one and it didnt last. Besides, if I remember right it offers no resistence...right? If your going to get an eliptical your going to have to spend some cash and get a good one. Do a google and see what pops up.
