Leg Extensions??
I read somewhere that leg extensions put unessesary strain on the knee joint when going heavy. Since then I have cut out all leg extensions and I just do squats, leg press, DL's and maybe the hack-squat machine. Should I be doing leg extensions? I do have knee issues and I like to avoid excercises that bother my knees. I can't go below parrallel on squats (it bothers the knees), but leg extensions never bothered my knees, but I don't want to have problems since I am going heavier and heavier
