    Exclamation I'm a Dumb@$$...

Hello, my name is Exordus, and I'm a dumb@$$. It's been 3 weeks since my last confession...errr, workout.

Ok, so I'm working out and eating right since the beginning of the year. Great start. My daughter get's a life threatening apnea condition (she's 2) and needs surgery next week. My wife is having other health troubles. We're in the processes of buying a new house. I'm stressed out at work...yadda, yadda, yadda. Oh and to top it all off, I haven't been visiting this website in weeks either!!! OMG!

I have a million legit excuses for why I haven't worked out in 3 weeks and have pretty much eaten whatever crossed my path during that time. I'm an idiot and lazy bastard with no willpower and I can't get myself motivated to get my butt back into the gym. I think I'm soon going to start loosing all that I have built up over the last 4 months, if I haven't already.

I'm here to listen to everyone tell me how stupid I am for not keeping up on my health habits. I'm here to try and realize what I've been working on for myself is important, but I also realize only that can come from within. I'm here to try and get myself re-motivated DAMMIT!

*putting down my coffee & dounut* (literally)

Ok, strike me down....I'm ready to begin again!!!

Don't need to be so hard on yourself. It's called STRESS. But, if you need some motivation then: YOUR PATHETIC, GET YOUR ASS BACK IN THE GYM AND STOP EATING THAT CRAP. DO YOU WANT TO BE A LOSER??? there, does that feel better?
Note to self: Eat More, Train Hard, and Eat More!

Lets see...2yr old needs surgery and is ill. Should I go to the gym or stay and help with her....easy answer. Wife is sick, kid is sick...should I go to the gym or stay and help them....easy answer. The new house thing is debateable but its legit stress on top of all of this other stuff. DUDE, get the family well and then get the house thing done and THEN worry about hitting the gym! If you have only put 4 months into working out then the gains you had wont take long to get back. Eat as well as you can and excercise when you can. When your life gets back in order THEN hit they gym like fiend. Priorities man...so far it sounds like yours have been just fine. Good luck bro.
