    Ab Question

My abs for some reason never seem to get that sore anymore, they get tight the day after i work them but never really sore. I work the excessively on the days i work abs and yet no soreness the days after. I've already changed my ab routine several times and still nothing. I was just wondering if this is a sign im not working hard enough or is my body just becoming used to the work?

Soreness isn't a gauge of a good workout.

Maybe rather than just changing the exercises that you use for working your abs, you should maybe try playing around with the rep range. A mix of heavy low rep sets with some lighter burn sets might shake them up a bit
