Hey all, I'm new here and to weights in general. Is this workout any good in terms of seeing results?
Day one Hammer bench press, incline press, hammer bicep curl, lats pull down, back extension and upright row
day two laying hamstring stretch and leg press
And go back and fourth between the two workouts with a day off every now and then?
