muscle sorones
Hi , i need help, what can i do a day after of hard work out, when my muscle are sorones. should i go to gim. or ha ve to rest. thanks for the advice ![]() |

you should not be training the same muscle(s) two days in a row.

YES go to the gym just dont work the SAME muscles as you did before. Muscles grow when they are at REST so give them time to grow/rest by working something totally different the next time. Give your muscles at least 3 days to rest before you RE-work them. I wait longer.

Vaya SÍ al gym apenas no trabajan los MISMOS músculos que usted hizo antes. Los músculos crecen cuando están en el RESTO así que les dan tiempo a grow/rest trabajando algo totalmente diferente la próxima vez. Dé a sus músculos por lo menos 3 días al resto antes de que usted los vuelva a trabajar. Espero más de largo.
