    Running Sore

    I just started a new Training split that incorporates something i never used to do... cardio... my Legs are extremely sore from thursday.. and saturday i have scheduled some running and swimming... should i still proceed normally or should i give them another day of rest?

    Thats kinda questionable depends on how much you did with your legs. You miiiiight want to wait one more day for the running part so your legs have had some extra time to recover from what should have been a grueling leg workout. The swimming part I am not sure though. I mean you could hypatheically swim with just your arms ha. When I swam a while back my legs definetly could get a burn from swimming with just my legs. Overall the more time you give your legs to recover the better I would say. I would wait for others to respond on this though.
