    My F***king Arms!! (lol!)

    Anybody else have this situation: my wrists are SKINNY & always will be, my forearms used to be stick-like, but I've been hammering them & they're slowly getting (alittle) bigger..But my Bi's & Delts have good mass & cuts!!
    A little bit of everything in one arm!!
    The life of an Ecto (I am 173lbs now, was 137lbs b4 I started lifitng).

    The left pic is form today , the right: 1/1/02. Some progress anyway!

    Yep!! I have/had the exact same problem. The only difference is I am 6'3 and my forearms are way long so it took a lot of sweating and pumping to get them even a tad bit thicker. It does suck but you should still have lots of power in them regardless

    wow, you made some big gains. how long did it take? What does your routine look like?
