Angry Pain in the knee!!

After doing a martial arts class, I developed a pain behind my knee. I can walk and still workout, but if it gets twisted slightly I get a real sharp pain. In fact, if I push on the outside of the knee, it is real sore. Any ideas as to what I may have done or has anyone experienced anything like it? Thanks,

Could be some strained tendons, I did something similar skiing one year. All I can suggest is rest, and avoid any exercise that causes the pain, especially karate.

It could also be the crux ligaments (the one's that hold your femur and tibia together) you have to watch these very carefully other wise you could have a permenant disability!
And go see a docter now!
