I like forearms, but they aren't that entirely facinating. Do some wrist extentions and hammer curls, voila.

True, I find them boring but aside from my neck they are the only body part exposed.
Nowadays I seldom see guys with big forearms anymore, everything is a Bicep this Bicep that.

i always train my forearm on back/bicep day. I dont want to have big biceps but small forearms. The spot on the forearm that you circled, for some reason i like it. It just makes your arm look bigger and more ripped.

Ya, mine is showing too but it's small. It's only a matter of time to see it grow.

If you want to show it off better tilt your wrist outward when you tense the forearm muscles.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but that knot is the brachioradialis, the extensor carpi radialis longus is the thinner muscle just below it.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

    Its naught a tuma?
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
