    Not just another bicep Question

when i started to work on my biceps i was using bad form. I didnt extent my arms all the way so now my biceps are cut up on my arm not near the elbow. now for like the last month or two ive been using good form extending my arm all the way to work the bicep. but my bicep is still cut up my arm. are there any excersizes i can do to extend it. make it grow down.

You can't change the insertion point of a muscle.

You do realize that not doing the full range of motion didn't make your upper bicep grow more than the lower, right?

Your bad form didnt make your bicep the way it is. Everyone is born with different insertion points, and you cant change that.

nope...that gap inbetween your bicep and elbow will always be there

lol your bicep reaching down that far would probably resitrict ROM in general.

The bicep is created that way so we can actually bend our elbow, as your arm grows it gets more difficult. I cramp up just washing my hair and I'm not sporting 25 inchers like the pros, some of those guys must hate even wiping their ass and you can bet they hit the can lots dumping 5000-8000 calories a day.

Unless your bicep is already pretty large you dont know quite how filled out it will look later on.
