What's the name of that exercise....
The one where you use the squat bar and with your hands in front of you, you lift the bar up to your chest? I forget it's name. We used to do that in high school in wrestling.

Upright row, for the delts/traps. You can vary your hand spacing, some even pull up to the face. I dont like to go too high, and honestly they bother my shoulders a lot even going light. I used to do them on an angled smith and had no problems back then.

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

Have you tried going wider with the grip and not raising it so high?

I have and I'm fine till I get to a certain weight. Now when I do them I don't go above nipple level. If I do them with cables though and pull up and back a bit it's not so much a problem
