Bench with both DB and BB varying between incline flat and every so often I do decline. I do bench with my palms facing in, I'm not sure what thats called. Just use variation. Your probably going to be need to be doing cardio to if you have what you called boobies. Bench will help but you wont get there without cardio.

Keep working your chest out, but just know that ultimately it is going to be bodyfat reduction through dieting and cardio that is going to get you the look you want.

For me one of the excercises that put me over the top with my chest routine was cable crossovers. Strict form is essential, flys are great for definition too. If your big into the benchpress scene I would suggest ditching the barbells for a few weeks and stick with dumbbells for all your chest excercises. I dropped barbells from my chest routine 5 weeks ago and my chest actually looks better than ever.

You can't build definition. You have to cut bodyfat if you want to see your chest.

Yeah yeah...cut all the fat you want but if you dont have any muscle underneath IT wont matter either. Obvious point, right? So was mine. Some excercises will bulk, others help define/cut up the muscles.
