Post That Cut look

What must be done in order for a person to obtain that lean, tone, cut physique WITHOUT sacrificing the following...

1) Current Body Mass
2) Current Size of bodyparts
3) Strength

Its all about Diet, that's it.

You can add cardio to help but its not necessary.

well look at it this way my training partner is 255lbs 6'0 offseason at 10% bodyfat when he steps onsatge hes around 218lbs at 2% bodyfat yes his 21inch arms offseason become 19.25 inch ripped arms..yes you lose size of course but your goal is to try and not lose too much muscle mass in the process..
