I started using the clean and jerk movement on shoulder day in October and I got amazing results. I must be 5-8in wider on my shoulder girdle. I just take the BB and wip it up to my neck then back down. on the way up i break my wrists so i can do heavier weight.

I implement the olympic lifts into my training often, and contrary to popular belief, they are excellent for increasing muscle mass. They are also very valuable in strength routines as they focus on the legs, hips and low back. Some of these lifts are quite complex and due to their ballistic nature, if improper technique is used, serious injury can result. For best results, try to find an experienced olympic lifting coach to show you the basics.
