2-3 sets of weighted type crunches would be good just to help strenghten your core


I am currently on a bulk diet. I could care less about having a six pack. Should I still be working my abs? Do they get worked enough in my other exercises, (squat, bench, dl, etc)? I'd imagine I should be working them.

Yes continue to ab work as well as lower back. Core strength is imortant when many exercises such as squats.
