whats a good workout to build lower abs? my upper abs are solid but the lower ones, right before my pant line, are kind of pudgy (only slightly) but i want to get rid of it and make it all solid. any tips?

rectus abdominus is one muscle. there are no lower or upper abs. the lower portion of the muscle is less superficial than the upper portion which is why it is harder to see that part of it. Loose the fat overtop of it with a solid diet and you will be fine.

Clean up your diet and get rid of the fat. Exercises you can do would be hanging leg raises, v-sits, leg raises, reverse curl. But diet is key here.
