    Question Results?

I started lifting weights a little over 2 months ago. I work out 5 days a week. One day is cardio and abs. When should I start seeing obvious results? I eat really well in conjunction with my workout. I'm 5'11 184pds. I've seen a slight change but nothing drastic.

Thats a good weight. I'm trying to be 185, I'm 172 right now. Post your routine, diet and we'll critique it. Also what are your goals?

I have a meal every 3 hours. Usually consists of chicken breast and steamed vegetables or steak. I'll have a cup of cottage cheese daily. In the morning I'll have oatmeal, as well as before bed. I have a protein shake before my workout and after. I also take multivitamin, L-Glutamine, & Omega 3,6,9 pills daily.
