I hear sleep is the one thing ZMA helps with alot. GABA is supposed to help some also as a side effect, but I think GABA maybe makes me sleep LONGER, not always BETTER.

just kind of a random suggestion but... do you do cardio? I used to almost never sleep and once I started running about 3-4 miles a day I go to sleep as soon as I lay down. just a thought

are u going to bed at the same time every night? Do you wake up at the same time every morning? You may feel like you're tired but your "body clock" isn't ready to go to sleep.

Like for instance, i go to bed at 11 every night and wake up at 6 am for school. I usually fall asleep within 20 minutes. However, if i decided to go to bed at 10 instead of 11, it would take me a while to fall asleep, probably an hour because i'm so used to going to bed at the same time.

That's why sunday night's is the hardest for me. I got to bed 12-1 in the morning on friday and saturday night. I sleep 12-13 hours friday night and saturday night and wake up at noon time since i dont have school or any other special event. Then i go to bed at 11 on sunday night (because of school) in which i take like 1-2 hours to fall asleep and im not even tired.

If this doesn't apply to you, then you might have a sleep disorder as millions of other people.

Drew, that zma is what i was hearing about, can i pick that stuff up at a local supp shop or something?

Hawkin, I think i might try that idea! althogh im bulking hard right now and im not really into runing when im trying to bulk but maybe i should do it anyways.

Shiznit, I can sometimes follow a proper sleeping habit but then sometimes I just cant, theres just these nights where sometimes i cant sleep its like my mind wont stop thinking! i think marijuana adds to it sometimes but sometimes it doesnt and makes me want to sleep.
