    Cleans

I want to incorparate them into my routine, and I know most people do them with squats. But I train legs twice a week and I don't want to do cleans on a leg day because it would be to hard to do cleans and squats or cleans and deadlifts on the same day. Is it Ok to do them on triceps Lats day?

I think you should do them on deadlift day , just work w/ weight that your body can handle(considering their fatigue due to other workouts)

Cleans are a great explosive exercise. For me, if I did them on leg day I wouldn't have enough energy to do cleans properly. I do cleans (I prefer hang cleans) once every two weeks on shoulder day and the first exercise in my shoulder routine. Cleans take a lot out of me as it covers a lot of ground i.e., Legs, core, back, chest, shoulders, arms.

    Peace

I've done cleans on different days and I feel that the only day I cannot do them to my full potential is on back day. I'm sure doing them on tri/lat day will be fine for you.
