Bodyfat

This is kinda wierd, but how is a person suppose to count/measure his bodyfat? What type of caculation do you use?

I took the easy way out on this one and had it done by someone at the gym.
She measured seven different point on my body and used a chart with sex, weight, age and I think height to figure it out.

What pissed me off about the chart she used is that when I turned 30, my BF was bumped up 5% because of age.

The most accurate test is the one where they dunk you in water, can't remember what its called.

I had the one done last year using electricity to show not only how much but where the fat is stored in my body. 14% at the time and now I just use the mirror to compare.
