    Leg pains

So I have a lot of out of school activates, like I do school soccer 3 times a week, competitive soccer (outside of school) 3 times a week, I'm a referee for soccer, and i do that probably once ever 2 weeks, and I do track and field (1000meter dash) for school, and I practice that ever day for 45 minutes of running. So after doing all of this for 1 week I started to get server leg pains, and I mean to the point where it hurt to stand. So I took a full week off of everything, all I did was go to school and everything seemed to be in working order after 5 days. On the 6th day I go to track practice and run for not even a minute and I had to stop and sit down because my legs hurt so bad. I'm now in confusion in what to do. I want to go to the family doctor, but I'm afraid that all he's going to say is that I need rest. Well, I don't think rest is going to do it for me this time.
Basically the pain is in my shins. It kind of feels like my lower shin is going is going into my upper shin every time i put pressure on my leg. My knees hurt a lot too. In the side of my knee that is, and my ankle. I'm not really worried about my ankle or knees, because I can stand that pain, but as for the shins it's unbearable. I don't know what to do about it so any help would be greatly appreciated.

typically shin splints = excessive training with inadequate recovery

there is no magic solution for shin splints
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
