    Bulking up...not cutting weight

    Hi,
Its been about 2 years since i lifted last. Im going to start lifting again and need some help. Here is my problem...

I wrestled for 6 years. During that time i weight trained all of the time. Now im tired of being a 20 year old 5-9 135lb guy. So i need to go the opposite way. I want to gain weight, size, and strength. I will have a set of dumbells, barbells, and a basic bench. I need to know some good excercises to gain mass. I need to know the recommended (i know its different for everyone) sets and reps. Im used to just keeping my weight down and i need to go up...prefereably in a hurry. Thanks!

Start with 10-12 reps, 4-5 sets per bodypart, twice a week. Beginners don't need to worry a terrible amount about overtraining.

Keep in mind your gains are going to come mostly by your diet, not your lifting. What's your current eating like?

3 times a week huh. Start by reading all the stickies in the diet section. You need to eat everything at 5' 9" 135lbs. Now go, go eat.

well lets hit the weights and start eating the food, good luck man...you should start eating more than 3 times a day..post a sample diet on here so we can all critique it and make sure you post specific goals and calorie intake and all of that good stuff.
