    what would u do?

    would you get cut first then go for mass then strength? or in a different order?

    There is no ONE answer to this question because it would depend on WHERE each person is individually in their overall plan. What I mean by that is, I started out by just trying to put on as much strength as possible...the SIZE came too. But I personally chose (and am in the midst of) to cut as much bodyfat as possible before I got too carried away with "bulking up" and ending up looking like a big powerlifter instead of more like a bodybuilder. Another 15lbs or so and THEN I will go back to packing on the beef!
